Walk Against Warming – LAST REMINDER

11 12 2009

Over the last two days in Copenhagen the small island states, including our Pacific neighbour Tuvalu, and African countries have stood up against the big polluters. They have demanded a real deal that would return the world to a safe climate. They say we need a legally binding agreement to return greenhouse pollution levels to 350 CO2-equivalent with cuts of over 45% by rich countries in the next decade.

Tomorrow we can add our voices to their strong stand by joining the Walk Against Warming actions happening across Australia.

Bring your family, friends, neighbours, colleagues, team mates and school group to help us show that the whole community is united in this call for climate action.

Join us on the Melbourne walk – 12 NOON – State Library – Swanston St or to find one in your state go to
